High-level soccer shaped my start
Years of competitive sport built discipline, but burnout taught me that identity and fitness both need a more sustainable foundation.
Jenna built her coaching style by living through the frustration of losing structure, rebuilding from scratch, and learning what actually works when life gets full.
Customized training, better movement, and healthy choices that still make sense when the rest of life gets busy.

I've been active my whole life, spending most of my childhood and teenage years playing soccer at a high level. Around 17, I started to burn out. When that passion faded, I felt lost, and over the next few months I lost muscle and gained body fat because I was no longer training six days a week.
That shift pushed me to get serious about health and fitness. I cleaned up my nutrition, built my own workouts, lost around 20lbs, became a certified personal trainer, and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Through that education, I figured out where I had been going wrong and rebuilt my approach around methods that actually work.
I started my personal training business while finishing my degree. It began with in-home clients and 5am park bootcamps, then grew into my own gym where I help a wide variety of clients lose weight, build muscle, reduce pain, and create a healthier relationship with food.
I believe in healing through movement and building healthy habits that can survive real life. My workouts are simple, challenging, and effective, with proper form and mobility always coming before ego lifting. When I'm not coaching, writing programs, or training myself, I'm usually with family and friends, trying new recipes, or stopping for every Frenchie I can find.
The goal is never a short burst of motivation. The goal is a training approach you can actually keep.

Losing 20lbs, getting certified, and completing a Kinesiology degree gave me the tools to coach from science instead of guesswork.
What started with a few in-home clients and early-morning park sessions turned into Hustle Gym and a full coaching practice.
Training should fit the demands of everyday life so results stick long after the first burst of motivation wears off.
I believe in healing through movement and integrating healthy lifestyle choices into the demands of everyday life. That is how change actually lasts.
