About Jenna

For real.

I decided to get serious about health and fitness, lost around 20lbs, became a certified PT, and earned my Bachelor's in Kinesiology. Through that education I figured out everything I was doing wrong, and built a method that actually works.

My approach is built around customized programs, proper movement, and healthy choices that fit into the demands of everyday life, especially mum life.
